TravelPal answers guests and connects to 33 property management systems (booking systems), including Guesty. It has been live on more than 100 Miami Beach units since August 2026.
We were founded to arrange these services. Now TravelPal sells them in the guest's chat.

John is responsible for how TravelPal talks to property managers. That covers the words on this site and the conversations that follow. He is the one asking whether we can do what we say.
Burak Tokman
AI Engineer
Burak builds the engine at the core of TravelPal. It reads a guest's message, decides what it knows, and writes the reply. When TravelPal answers well, that is his work.
