One AI across every market you manage
You cannot be in every market, so TravelPal answers guests from each unit's facts.
TravelPal connects to your booking system and runs every rule on each property's own clock.
An illustrative portfolio; the markets are examples.
How TravelPal keeps units in different markets separate
Guests in three time zones ask about buildings your night team has never been inside. So every unit answers from its own facts. Every market can have its own prices, inside one account.
Each unit has its own knowledge
TravelPal answers from what it knows about that exact unit. Everything it knows is in a knowledge base that you can read, correct, and delete. An answer you write yourself always comes first.
Door codes are exact, or not sent
A wrong code leaves your guest outside. TravelPal sends a code only when that exact code is on file for that unit. Across a hundred doors in five cities, the AI never guesses a code. More on safety.
A price list for each market
You set the prices for paid extras. Set them for one unit, a group of units, or every unit. So a beach market and a mountain market can have different price lists in one account. More on upsells.
A guest is known across every market
TravelPal builds a profile of each guest from what the guest writes. The profile stays with the guest, not with the booking. A guest who stayed in one city books in another. TravelPal remembers that guest.
Every rule runs on the property's clock
The time your cleaners need is counted in the property's own time zone. You would not wake a sleeping guest. TravelPal does not start a message while it is night at the property.
An illustrative pair of markets; the hours are examples.
A Miami rule never runs on a Denver clock.
One flat price per unit, in every market
You open a new market. The price per unit stays the same. One form adds the new market.
Pricing is flat. Getting started is guided by a founder. The how-it-works page follows one real guest message through the whole product. The market pages cover the places where your portfolio operates.
Multi-market portfolio FAQ
Does adding a second or third market change the price?
No. The price is $25 per unit per month, flat, wherever the unit is. There is no fee for growth, none for each market, and no setup fee. TravelPal takes no commission on the money your upsells earn.
How does it keep two cities' units from blurring together?
Each unit has its own knowledge, so each answer comes from that exact unit. A door code is sent only if that unit's exact code is on file. You can read, correct, and delete everything TravelPal knows in the knowledge base.
Whose clock do the rules run on?
Every scheduling rule runs on the property's own clock. So a portfolio in many time zones works correctly in each one.
What does rollout across markets look like?
You connect your booking system with one form. Your listings then import themselves, each with its address, city, coordinates, and details. A founder guides your setup sessions, and the flat price includes them. A founder keeps helping you until your team is comfortable.
