TravelPal vs Guesty ReplyAI
If you run Guesty you may already have ReplyAI, so the fair question is what $25 per unit per month adds. Two things. ReplyAI is built to answer guests and TravelPal is built for what happens after the answer, the upsell offered at your price, paid in the chat, and written back to the reservation; and ReplyAI is a Guesty feature, while TravelPal connects to 33 property management systems, so it is still yours the day you move.
What ReplyAI is
ReplyAI is Guesty's response assistant, launched in 2023: it drafts natural replies in the Guesty inbox, and 2023 coverage reported it available to Guesty users at no extra cost. In April 2026 Guesty added ReplyAI Autopilot, which answers guests end to end with confidence thresholds you set, message types you define, and per-property behavior, escalating sensitive conversations to your team. Guesty says its AI suite spans more than 50 agents and is trained on 500,000 listings.
That is a serious product from the company whose system runs our own production connection, and this page will not pretend otherwise.
Where TravelPal starts
TravelPal answers guests too, around the clock, in the language the guest writes in, with uncertain replies held for your team instead of guessed.
ReplyAI stops at the reply; TravelPal adds late checkout, early check-in, and mid-stay cleaning sold in chat at your exact prices, payment collected by card link or through Airbnb's own Resolution Center, and the new checkout time written onto the Guesty reservation.
The other difference is where it lives: TravelPal is not a Guesty feature but a layer on top of 33 property management systems, each one built directly against that system's own API, so changing systems does not mean starting the concierge over.

Where Guesty ReplyAI is ahead
An honest comparison starts with what the other side does well.
Already in your Guesty account
ReplyAI lives inside the PMS you already pay for. There is nothing to connect and, per 2023 coverage, the response assistant came at no extra cost.
A much bigger AI suite
Guesty says its platform spans more than 50 AI agents across operations, revenue, finance, and distribution. TravelPal does one job: guest messaging and the revenue attached to it.
Brand voice and language breadth
Guesty markets brand-voice training and support for more than 50 languages, backed by a decade of data from 500,000 listings.
Autopilot has real controls
ReplyAI Autopilot ships confidence thresholds, message-type rules, and per-property behavior. Guesty takes autonomy controls seriously, and that deserves saying.
Side by side
The capabilities property management companies ask about, with Guesty ReplyAI’s own public claims in their column.
- Offered, on that product’s own public pages
- What their materials actually say, where a check would overstate it

Based on Guesty's public materials, read September 16, 2026: guesty.com's AI features page and the April 22, 2026 ReplyAI Autopilot press release, plus their own site and help center re-read September 17, 2026. Where Guesty publicly claims a capability, it gets the check.
Silence is reported as silence. Where Guesty ReplyAI’s materials do not describe something, the row says so instead of counting it against them.
Common questions
Is ReplyAI free?
At its 2023 launch, yes: coverage said ReplyAI was available to Guesty users at no extra cost. Guesty has not published pricing for ReplyAI Autopilot, the 2026 end-to-end version, so we do not claim it is free or paid. TravelPal is a flat $25 per unit per month with everything included.
Do I have to choose between them?
No. TravelPal connects to your Guesty account and works in your Guesty inbox either way. Teams that add TravelPal usually want what happens after the answer: upsells offered at their prices, paid in the chat, and written back to the reservation.
Does TravelPal replace Guesty?
No. TravelPal sits on top of the property management system you run, Guesty included. Your reservations, calendar, and inbox stay in Guesty; TravelPal answers guests, sells upgrades, and writes the results back.
What happens to each of them if we leave Guesty?
ReplyAI stays behind, because it is part of Guesty. TravelPal does not: it connects to 33 property management systems, including Hostaway, Hostfully, Hospitable, Smoobu, Beds24, OwnerRez, Track, and Uplisting, so the concierge, the knowledge it built from your own history, and your upsell prices carry over to the new system.
What does TravelPal do that an answering AI does not?
It finishes the transaction. A guest asking about a 4 PM checkout gets a price, pays in the conversation, and the new time lands on the Guesty reservation with your team notified. Answering was never the hard part.
