An AI that learns your properties
TravelPal learns from the answers your team has already given. Corrections become knowledge, newer answers replace stale ones, and what a person writes by hand always outranks what the machine learned on its own.
How TravelPal learns your properties, in four steps
It reads your own history
Press Train and TravelPal walks your company's own message history in the system you already run, and turns what your team told guests into reusable answers. What a guest tells you about themselves lives in their traveler profile, a separate memory.
Your team is the ground truth
Only what your team said is treated as an answer, and a person's answer is the last word on a topic. Once your team has answered a topic for a unit, the learned attempts at that same topic are dropped, so a correction is never averaged against the mistakes it replaced.
Newer always wins
Every learned answer is date-stamped from your own messages. When history disagrees with itself, the newer statement replaces the older one in place, so stale answers die instead of piling up.
It keeps learning as you work
Training again only reads conversations it has not seen before. Answering an escalated question with the save option ticked teaches it too, one answer at a time.
Your corrections and hand-written answers always outrank what the AI learned on its own, and later training never overwrites them. The exact order lives with the knowledge base and its precedence rules.
See what it knows, and change it
Every learned answer, browsable in the dashboard
Grouped by company, building, and unit. The knowledge base page shows how that browser works, and editing what the AI says walks through a correction end to end.
Each answer shows where it came from. Learned answers and the ones your team wrote by hand are marked apart, and a learned answer carries the date it was last seen in your own messages, so you can watch the knowledge grow and spot what still needs a person.
TravelPal is an AI guest messaging and upsell tool for vacation rental property managers, connecting to 33 property management systems including Guesty and Hostaway, priced at $25 per unit per month. Training and learning are part of that flat rate, not an add-on.
Save it as property knowledge and the same question never has to be escalated twice.
Styled after the dashboard's knowledge view; the entries are invented.
