What HostBuddy is
HostBuddy is the low-cost choice in AI guest messaging. It is a separate chatbot. It connects to your property management system (PMS), which is your booking software. Every tier lists that connection. Its published tiers are Pro at $7, Elite at $10 and Ultimate at $12 per property per month. Each comes with two weeks free, and annual billing gives two months free. Conversation history is kept 30 days on Pro and 60 on Elite. Guest journeys are capped at two on Pro and five on Elite. The inbox is view-only on Pro. Higher tiers add a website chat widget and custom tone. They also add webhooks, which send data to other apps. They add knowledge base customization too. The knowledge base is what the chatbot knows.

One price includes answers at any hour, upsells at your prices, payment links or Airbnb's Resolution Center, write-back to 33 systems and a guidebook.

Common questions
HostBuddy is half the price. Why pay $25?
The $25 includes what earns you money: late checkout, early check-in and mid-stay cleaning, sold at your prices. TravelPal collects the payment and writes the change onto the booking in your own system. One late checkout a month at $60 is more than the price difference on that unit.
Does TravelPal cap history or features by tier?
No. Every feature is in one price, $25 per unit per month. There are no message limits, no history limits, no view-only inbox and no journey limits.
