Teach the AI your properties
TravelPal answers guests from a knowledge base built out of what your own team has already said. You can read every answer it holds, delete any one of them in a click, and write by hand the ones it should never get wrong; what you write always wins.
It learns from the answers your team already gave.
One click starts it. Click Train and TravelPal walks the message history your company already has in its own system.
What your team said becomes a reusable answer. Parking, fees, rules, procedures.
Only your team's messages count as ground truth. Guest messages supply the questions, never the answers.
Nothing personal ever lands in an answer. Guest names, emails, phone numbers, and reservation codes are never written into one. What a guest tells you about themselves lives in their traveler profile, a separate memory used only in that guest's own conversation.
TravelPal is an AI guest messaging and upsell tool for vacation rental property managers, connecting to 33 property management systems including Guesty and Hostaway, priced at $25 per unit per month. Training runs on the integration you connect, reads only your own account's history, and only ever starts on your click.
Late checkout is not offered on Saturdays. Written by your team, so training can never overwrite it.
Every answer is yours to keep, correct, or delete.
The knowledge base is not a black box. The dashboard shows everything the AI has learned, grouped by unit, building, and company, searchable end to end, and every piece of it answers to you.
Searchable end to end. The AI reads exactly what applies to the guest asking.
Scoped per unit, building, or company
Every answer is tied to one unit, to a building so every unit in it inherits the answer, or to the whole company. The AI reads exactly what applies to the guest asking, which is what keeps a multi-market portfolio's units from blurring together.
Date-stamped, newest wins
Every learned answer carries when it was last observed in your own messages. When history disagrees with itself, the most recent statement replaces the older one in place.
Deleted answers stay deleted
Any learned answer can be removed in one click, and the AI stops using it. It can only come back if a new conversation states it again.
Your corrections always win
Write an answer by hand and it is stamped as of today, ranked first, and the learned attempts at the same topic are dropped. A hand-written answer is never overwritten by later training.
Your house manual outranks it all
When the manual and a learned answer disagree, the manual wins. The listing sync refreshes what your own system holds but never touches what you wrote.
A coverage view shows the gaps
For every unit, the dashboard shows which of the questions guests most often ask it can already answer and which are still missing.
Editing takes one sitting, not a project: editing what the AI says walks through it click by click.
When nothing on file answers a question, the AI holds it for your team instead of guessing, and your answer comes back into the same conversation. See how escalation works.
Knowledge base FAQ
Where do the AI's answers come from?
Two places: training, which walks the message history already in your own property management system and turns what your team said into reusable answers, and answers your team writes by hand in the dashboard. The system tracks which is which, and hand-written answers always rank first.
What if it learned something wrong?
Delete the answer in one click, or write the correct one by hand. A hand-written answer ranks first, silences the learned attempts at the same topic, and is never overwritten by later training.
Does the AI answer from general internet knowledge?
Not about your properties. For any question about the unit, the building, fees, or policies, it answers from a fact on file or asks your team first, and it never claims something is missing just because no record mentions it.
Do I have to keep retraining it?
No. Training only reads conversations it has not seen before, and after the first run you can optionally turn on a keep-learning schedule; off is the default. Answering a held question and saving it as a learned answer teaches it too.
