   • Launched the new asktravelpal.com: rebuilt on Next.js with a new homepage, demo booking, dark mode, and faster loads.

   In the product

   • 33 property management systems: TravelPal now connects to Hostaway, Hostfully, Hospitable, Smoobu, Beds24, OwnerRez, Track, Uplisting and 24 others alongside Guesty, each with its own page setting out what the connection reads, what it writes back, and what that system will not let it do.
   • Traveler profiles: TravelPal builds a profile of every guest from what they write, personalizes replies and upsell timing to it, and recognizes returning guests the moment they book; at onboarding it reads your existing message history and builds profiles for past guests.
   • Upsell payments for Airbnb and VRBO guests: upgrades are now paid through direct card payment links.
   • Expanded knowledge base coverage.
   • New percentage-of-nightly-rate pricing for late checkout and early check-in.
