TravelPal vs Besty AI
Besty is the closest product to TravelPal in shape: AI messaging plus an upselling engine that sells early check-ins, late checkouts, and gap nights, with payment through Stripe or Airbnb's Resolution Center. The differences that matter are focus, what is included, and a price you can read before a sales call.
What Besty is
Besty describes itself as "one operating system for guest communication, revenue automation, and operations": autopilot messaging, an upselling engine, a unified inbox, a guest portal, workflow and SOP tools, VoIP, smart lock integrations, and a direct booking widget. Their upselling engine sells early check-ins and late checkouts with tiered pricing, recovers gap nights, and collects payment through Stripe for direct bookings or through Airbnb's Resolution Center. Besty says it powers more than 30,000 properties for over 300 customers.
That is a broad, credible platform, and on the selling mechanics our two products genuinely overlap.
Where TravelPal differs
TravelPal is narrower on purpose: guest messaging and the revenue attached to it, on whichever of 33 property management systems you already run.
Besty is a whole operating system, with VoIP, an SOP builder, and a booking widget in the price, and the price itself is not public: its pricing link returns a not-found page.
Everything in TravelPal is included at a flat $25 per unit per month, published on our pricing page before any sales call, with no commission on your upsell revenue, and when the AI is not sure the question is held for your team and your answer is relayed in one voice.

Where Besty AI is ahead
An honest comparison starts with what the other side does well.
Broader platform surface
Besty ships VoIP calling, smart lock and IoT integrations, an SOP builder, and a direct booking widget. TravelPal does none of those; it does guest messaging and upsells.
Revenue numbers they publish
Besty says one portfolio tracked more than $104,000 in upsell revenue and that customers average three times the subscription cost in found revenue. Their numbers, their site, and worth reading.
Gap-night recovery
Besty's Booking Booster sells gap nights and extensions proactively. TravelPal sells stay extensions when guests ask; automated gap-night campaigns are Besty's ground today.
Scale they can point to
Besty says it powers more than 30,000 properties across 25 countries. TravelPal runs on a large portfolio for a Miami property management company and is honest about being early.
Side by side
The capabilities property management companies ask about, with Besty AI’s own public claims in their column.

Silence is reported as silence. Where Besty AI’s materials do not describe something, the row says so instead of counting it against them.
Common questions
Is Besty cheaper or more expensive than TravelPal?
We cannot tell you, and neither can their website. Besty publishes no pricing; as of September 16, 2026 their pricing link returns a not-found page. TravelPal is a flat $25 per unit per month, published, with no onboarding fee and no commission on your upsells.
Besty also sells through Airbnb's Resolution Center. Is that not TravelPal's thing?
It is not unique to us, and we will not pretend it is. Both products collect from Airbnb guests through Airbnb's own tools. The comparison comes down to focus, escalation behavior, what is included in the price, and the price being public.
