Never a broken link
Payment instructions are generated by the system and relayed exactly; the AI never builds a URL or does arithmetic on an amount. If no route can be built, the guest is told a person will follow up.
The boundary holds on both sides: TravelPal never collects a booking payment, and an extra night is booked through the guest's own channel with your approval there. Everything it does collect is a paid guest service during the stay, quoted from your own rate card and written back into the system your team already works in.

That is your choice, and you can make it per surface: keep everything in the Resolution Center, use card links everywhere, or a hybrid where the guest's stay page offers card payment while the chat stays on the Resolution Center.
