Review analysis Coming soon

Review analysis is the next capability coming to TravelPal: it will read your guest reviews and turn them into sentiment, themes, and tasks. It is not live yet, and this page will say so until it is; everything below is planned, in future tense on purpose.

Planned behavior. Nothing in this panel is live today.

The more ambitious half is what your reviews say together: recurring themes across every listing you run. That is the reading a property management company rarely has time to do by hand, and it is how a month of reviews becomes an operations list rather than a score.

None of this is shipped today. What is live is the rest of the loop:

TravelPal is an AI guest messaging and upsell tool for vacation rental property managers, connecting to 33 property management systems including Guesty and Hostaway, priced at $25 per unit per month.

Planned

What review analysis will do.

Four planned capabilities. Details can change before launch, and nothing here is live today.

Sentiment on every review

Each new review will be tagged upset, neutral, or happy, so a bad week surfaces the day it starts instead of at the end of the month.

Replies, drafted for you

A personalized public reply will be written for each review, matched to the language the review was written in, so a five-star review in Spanish gets a real thank-you, not a template.

Themes across your listings

Recurring complaints and recurring praise will be surfaced across everything you run, so a problem three guests describe three different ways reads as one problem with one fix.

Recurring complaintsRecurring praise

Complaints become tasks

A real issue reported inside a review will be routed to your team as a task, not left buried in the review text.
