Can I edit what the AI says to guests?

Setup & controlUpdated
The short answer

Yes. Every fact the AI answers from sits in your dashboard, where you can search it, delete any piece of it in one click, and write your own facts by hand. A hand-written fact is never overwritten by training.

In detail

Where the AI's answers come from

The AI's knowledge is a set of per-answer facts, each scoped to one unit, one building, or your whole company. Training reads your past guest conversations in Guesty or whichever system you run, and learns the answers your team already gave about parking, fees, and rules. It only ever starts when you click Train, and after that first run you can optionally turn on a daily or weekly refresh; off is the default.

Your edits always win

Every learned fact is browsable and searchable in the dashboard's Knowledge section, grouped by topic across your units and buildings. Deleting one is a single click, and gone means gone: a later training run can only re-learn it from a new conversation. Facts you write by hand overrule the mining permanently. Each unit's house manual is yours alone too: the listing sync from your property management system never touches it, and when the two disagree, your manual wins.

Corrections happen inside real conversations

When the AI holds a question for your team, you answer it once from the dashboard and the answer is relayed to the guest in the concierge's voice. Tick teach as you answer and it becomes a permanent fact, so that question never escalates again; the full flow is in what happens when the AI does not know.

Beyond facts, you set the concierge's tone, name topics it must never answer, keep credentials like door codes team-only, and edit or switch off the text of every automated guest message.
