Price: Flat is $25 per unit per month. Growth is $15 a unit, plus 20% of upsells TravelPal sells, by card or through Airbnb. Both prices are published.

AI guest messaging and paid extras. Besty sells its software alone, or as a full service. In the full service, its AI and a 24/7 human team run guest messaging and operations for you.

With Guesty: Besty's site says it connects to every major property management system. Guesty has a page for Besty on guesty.com.

Price: Not published. Its site says to talk to sales. The full service is paid as a share of revenue.

A low-cost AI chatbot that answers guests. It also offers late checkout and early check-in.

Common questions

What is the best alternative to Guesty AI?

It depends on the job you need done. For answers at the lowest price, look at HostBuddy. For people on your inbox, INTO. For check-in and guest verification, Enso Connect. For answers plus paid extras sold at your prices, at a published price, TravelPal, Aeve or Conduit. TravelPal is our product, so every comparison we link also says where the other product is ahead.

Can I use a different AI with Guesty?

Yes. TravelPal, Besty, HostBuddy, Enso Connect, Conduit, Aeve and INTO all connect to Guesty. Each one says so on its own site, or Guesty lists it on guesty.com. Your bookings, calendar and inbox stay in Guesty.

Is Guesty ReplyAI free?

Yes. Guesty's help center describes ReplyAI as "an innovative, free tool." Its pricing page lists ReplyAI as freemium. ReplyAI Autopilot came out in April 2026, and Guesty has not published its price. So this page does not say whether Autopilot is free. TravelPal publishes its price: $25 per unit per month on the Flat plan. The Growth plan is $15 a unit, plus 20% of upsells TravelPal sells, by card or through Airbnb.

Do I have to leave Guesty to change my AI?

No. Seven of the ten options on this page connect to Guesty, TravelPal included. Only Hostaway AI, Hospitable and Jurny mean moving to a new booking system.

What happens to my AI if I leave Guesty later?

ReplyAI is part of Guesty, so it does not move with you. TravelPal connects to 34 property management systems, including Hostaway, so you can keep it. Its connection to Hospitable is work in progress. What TravelPal can do differs by system, and each system's page lists it.
