TravelPal vs Aeve AI
Aeve markets the Eve Autopilot, an AI that trains itself on your conversation history and escalates to a person when its rules say so, and it lists Guesty and Hostaway as marketplace partners, so it is a genuine alternative for a lot of our audience. What their site does not publish is a price. TravelPal's is on the pricing page: $25 per unit per month.
What Aeve is
Aeve's product is "The Eve Autopilot." Their site says it "handles 70 to 90% of routine messages and tasks," that there are "no workflows to build or maintain" because "Eve trains herself on your conversation history," and that "Eve follows your rules exactly and escalates the moment a message needs a person." Eve can recommend upgrades such as gap nights, early check-ins, late check-outs, and pet fees, and responds to guests who show interest. Guesty and Hostaway are listed as marketplace partners, onboarding is pitched at two steps within 24 hours, and no pricing is published; their pricing URL returned a not-found page when we checked.
Where TravelPal differs
TravelPal also learns from your own history, but makes the learning inspectable: every fact the AI answers from sits in a knowledge base you can search, edit, and delete, and hand-written answers always win.
Aeve's public materials do not describe whether you can see or edit what Eve learned, and they do not publish a price.
Eve recommends upgrades; TravelPal quotes the price from your rate card, collects payment in the conversation, writes the sale onto the reservation in whichever of 33 systems you run, and publishes its price.

Where Aeve AI is ahead
An honest comparison starts with what the other side does well.
Self-training pitch
Eve trains on your conversation history with no workflows to maintain, per their site. The zero-setup pitch is attractive and their trial-before-committing onboarding is a good idea.
Ahead of us on other systems
Aeve lists Guesty and Hostaway as marketplace partners and claims many other providers. Being listed inside a property management system's own marketplace is a real advantage in being found, and TravelPal's 33 connections are documented on our own site rather than in each vendor's directory.
Fast start
Two-step onboarding within 24 hours is their published pitch. TravelPal onboarding is one credentials form for your own system plus a founder-guided setup, deliberately more hands-on.

Based on Aeve's public site at aeve.ai, read September 16, 2026, plus their own site and help center re-read September 17, 2026. Where Aeve publicly claims a capability, it gets the check.
Silence is reported as silence. Where Aeve AI’s materials do not describe something, the row says so instead of counting it against them.
Common questions
What does Aeve cost?
Their site does not say. As of September 16, 2026, aeve.ai publishes no pricing and its pricing URL returns a not-found page, so plan on a sales conversation. TravelPal's price is published: $25 per unit per month, everything included.
Aeve says it handles 70 to 90 percent of messages. What does TravelPal handle?
TravelPal handles what it can answer from your own facts and holds the rest for your team, and it does not pitch a percentage. The 70 to 90 percent figure is Aeve's published claim about its product, and we quote it rather than judge it. What gets answered on its own depends on your properties, your rules, and what the AI actually knows, and we would rather show you on your own units in a demo.
Both learn from history. What is the practical difference?
Visibility and precedence. In TravelPal every learned fact is in a dashboard you can search, correct, or delete, and anything your team writes by hand beats anything learned. You are never guessing what the AI thinks it knows.
