Which booking systems does TravelPal connect to?
33 property management systems, including Guesty, Hostaway, Hostfully, Hospitable, Smoobu, Beds24, OwnerRez, Track, and Uplisting. Booking channels like Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com reach TravelPal through whichever of those you already run, rather than as separate connections, so the channels you have flow in with their reservations.
Your system, not a new one
TravelPal connects to the property management system you already run. Reservations, listings, nightly rates, and guest conversations sync from it, and every guest message TravelPal sends goes back out through that same system, never around it, so your team's own inbox shows exactly what each guest was told. Setup is a set of credentials you create in your own account. The full list of systems has a page each, and every one of those pages says what the connection reads, what it writes back, and what that particular system will not let it do.
The systems differ, and the pages say how
These are not thirty-three copies of one connection. Some systems carry a note inside the guest thread that only your team can see, and some have no such thing. Some can reach a guest on four different rails, and some on one. Some let a reservation date move, and some hand that back to the booking channel. Rather than average all of that into a promise, each system page states its own answer, so you can read the one that applies to you before you talk to anybody.
Channel awareness is real behavior
TravelPal treats channels differently because the channels have different rules. Airbnb guests get their guidebook link inside the Airbnb thread, because Airbnb forbids off-platform links by email; Booking.com guests get it by email, because Booking.com strips unapproved links from thread messages. Payment is channel-aware too: Airbnb guests pay upsells inside Airbnb through the Resolution Center, and everyone else pays by secure card link.
Beyond the booking system
Tours and experiences guests discover in the concierge chat are powered by Viator, with real booking links; prices and links come straight from Viator, never composed by the AI. Direct card payments for upsells run through your own Stripe account via Stripe Connect. None of it is a separate charge: every connection is included in the flat $25 per unit per month.
If your system is not on the list
Tell us what you run. The list came out of a system-by-system review of the market rather than a wish list, so a system that is missing is usually one whose interface cannot carry a guest message at all, and we would rather say that plainly than find out after you have paid.
